The flushing will take place between 7:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. Customers may
experience some discoloration of their water. Should this occur, please run
your cold water later in the day until it clears. You may also notice a
temporary decrease in water pressure during this period. If you are
planning to replace your water filter, please wait until after the flushing
is finished.

This procedure has been found to be extremely effective in reducing the
buildup of sediment in the water distribution lines.
